Download client from: 
http://owncloud.org/install/#desktop

Take all the defaults during installation
Enter the Server Address:  https://ourcloud.nspes.ca 
Enter your nspes.ca account and password
Open the local folder and wait till the sync has finished to see all the folders and files.

If needed create a shortcut on the desktop for the folder 'Shared' this will be where all the files are that the principal needs to see.
